Spring 2021

A new season, a new beginning….

Greetings and Happy Spring!

This month, I’m sharing a few resources that you may find useful.

1.  How to handle Zoom fatigue.

Chad Littlefield, founder of Me and We, has some interesting tips to avoid the real fatigue that comes from being on screen all day.  You can watch here for his tips (11:03 minutes.)
Walking meeting by phone anyone?

2.  Focusmate.com

If you have trouble making time for Covey’s “Quadrant of Leadership” – the important, yet not urgent activities that only you can do, you might like Focusmate.com.  On this site, you are paired with another person from anywhere in the world for 50 minutes.  Each of you work on your own priority for 50 minutes ON CAMERA, muted.  A bell goes off after 50 minutes and you both celebrate what you’ve completed.  I’ve used it to work on my taxes, play my guitar, write a proposal, do some homework.  I’ve worked with people all over the US and in one afternoon, with people from London and Paris!  It’s free for 3 hours per week, or only $5US for unlimited matches.
It’s a wonderful way to make an appointment “with yourself” that you’ll actually keep!

If you’d like to co-work with me, just join Focusmate and then click here.

3.  Clubhouse conversation on pandemic benefits

Have you heard of the exciting new Social Media App Clubhouse?  It’s currently only available to iPhone/iPad users.  If you’d like an invite, please email me with your cell phone number.  I’m hosting a conversation on the good that has come from this pandemic (what?!?!).

Friday, April 9th, at 4 pm. joinclubhouse.com/event/xeb0DlpM

What is one new thing you can do this Spring to reach your goals or to be more effective in your day?
