Siobhan Murphy presented the Great Question! Action Learning Game to my CEO Roundtable group (Vistage). She embodies what it means to be a coach and modeled the art of questioning herself. Our group gave her high marks. After the workshop, I was able to apply the learning myself and was able to shift from consulting to asking and coaching much more often than I had previously. I am amazed at the rich answers that come from a deeper inquiry into client situations! I recommend Siobhan to my Vistage Chairs and to any organization that wants to enhance the Leadership skills of their managers.
